BEFORE YOU START
Log in to SterlingConnect and locate your e-Treasury Activation Key. From the drop-down box below your Username in the top right corner, select “User Profile” and find your Activation Key. You’ll need this for your first-time login to the mobile app.
Note: If this is your first time logging in, enter the Username and Temporary Password that we mailed you in two recent communications or use the self‑service features of “Forgot Username?” and “Forgot Password?” available on the SterlingConnect homepage.
Download and open the Sterling e-Treasury Mobile app and enter the 8-digit Activation Key, then tap the arrow. You can download the app for your smartphone or tablet from the App Store or on Google Play.
Create a Password, called a PIN, using 6 to 12 alphanumeric characters that include at least one letter and one number, then tap the arrow.
Email your Verification Code. To complete your registration, you’ll need to receive and enter a verification code. On the screen displaying “Send my verification code to:” you must select “Email”, then tap the arrow.
Enter your Verification Code. Go to the email associated with your online banking to retrieve the 6-digit verification code, then enter it on the next registration screen in the app. Then tap the arrow.
YOU'RE ALL SET
Your registration is now complete. The screen will display “SUCCESS!” to confirm you have successfully registered your mobile device. Then tap the arrow to log in and use your new Sterling e-Treasury Mobile app.
NOTE: You will need to uninstall your current Sterling AB Business Mobile app from your smartphone or tablet.
