On or after August 13, log in to SterlingConnect and set up Personal Online Banking from the Applications menu. You will be prompted to set up your security questions, confirm your login by a multi-factor challenge and accept the Terms and Conditions. This will also enable Personal Mobile Banking access.
Note: If this is your first time logging in, enter the Username and Temporary Password that we mailed you in two recent communications or use the self‑service features of “Forgot Username?” and “Forgot Password?” available on the SterlingConnect homepage.
Download the Sterling Personal Mobile Banking app from the App Store or on Google Play for your smartphone or tablet.
Log in using your SterlingConnect Username and Password, and perform the two-factor authentication to complete your digital banking set up.
NOTE: You will need to uninstall your current Sterling AB Personal Mobile app from your smartphone or tablet.
