Deposit Checks Easily

How it works

After performing your normal remittance processing and preparing checks for deposit, you scan your checks from your office. Simply use a desktop scanner and our Remote Deposit Capture software.  Sterling receives your check images via secure encrypted communication. The images are reviewed to ensure your deposits are correctly processed, there are no duplicate items of previously deposited checks, and the deposited items are within your limit. The bank will inform you of any discrepancies or errors, and send you a receipt of your deposits by email.
